Essential reading for those suffering loss and grief and those helping loved ones in such a situation

Dr.Chloe’s Loss Prescription is helping me to come to terms with a devastating traumatic loss our family has suffered and that has had a profound impact on someone I dearly love and I need to help and support. The information and guidance is excellent. The book is very well written, understandable and full of Dr Chloe’s extensive experiences of loss and grief in all its forms. I bought the book in an audible form and hearing it narrated by Dr Chloe herself has given me greater insight into her counselling methods and is helping me to understand my loss and grief and more importantly how to support my family through the devastating trauma that has been experienced. I cannot recommend this book enough.
