    I really liked that it was aimed at the novice. there are exercises to practice some of the techniques discussed and advice is given as to what steps to take next. the narrator is very clear, easy to understand and encouraging. I highly recommend this, it's a bit over an hour long so you can listen in one sitting. a very accessible introduction that could change your life.

    I found this to be concise, simple but very effective in getting a clear message about how the law of attraction works across to the listener. There is so much information out there about the law of attraction and how to manifest - so much so it can be overwhelming. I found this to be a good guide to get back to basics and also found Sonia 's practical tips of how to implement the law of attraction into your everyday life really helpful. This is presented as a simple step by step guide with practical suggested actions and tips. I felt energised and motivated after listening and I am looking forward to seeing the results ☺
