Effective and easy to follow

This book is a great book on Keto Crockpot. A lot of important information has been gathered in this book. The author has ensured these recipes and data that will assist you in increasing your energy state, modify you to done a lot of during day. I highly recommend it.

I especially like the Must Do list

Good stuff

The reason I love it, though, is that almost every recipe I have tried is delicious and healthy. I will either do the prep work the night before so it is ready in the morning or I just do it in the morning on a weekend. I don't mind a little work in the morning because then I don't have to do it later on. I've already given this cookbook to two other people as a gift. Lots of great tips in it also!
