Summary

Brought to you by Penguin.

A revolutionary approach to long term business strategy from the best-selling author of start with why.

The New York Times best-selling author of Start With Why, Leaders Eat Last, and Together is Better offers a bold new approach to business strategy by asking one question: are you playing the finite game or the infinite game?

In The Infinite Game, Sinek applies game theory to explore how great businesses achieve long-lasting success. He finds that building long-term value and healthy, enduring growth - that playing the infinite game - is the only thing that matters to your business.

Back on form

If you were a fan of Start with Why but disappointed by Simon Sinek's Leaders Eat Last or Find Your Why, then he's very much back on form here. I just can't get enough and highly recommend.

Wisdom that will stick with me

Simon opens our eyes again to new ways of thinking in respect to every facet of our lives. As with all his books it is presented clearly with lots of real world examples to help clarify and contextualise each point.

I recognised that many of the ways I think about my career aren't odd, it's just infinite thinking.

the audible production is excellent as always.

Another Superb performance by Simon

There’s no doubt about it Simon has a purpose, and his purpose is to make the world a much better place, and make the people with it happier, healthier and wealthy with knowledge of the self.

Perspective

I cannot put into words how much this has changed the way I think, act and respond to what goes on around me. This is vital perspective for a world increasingly more concerned with how we look and are perceived by others than by what we do and how we do it. Life is too short to be reduced to a statistic or league position. Be the best you can be for something and someone worth your efforts.

Repetitive

I can't say it's a bad book. But beeing honest, it's nothing new, the ideal is the same as with all Simons books and the premise doesn't change.

why 4 stars then? Because Simon is an idealist just like myself and I agree with with his ideals.

I'm beginning to think he's just milking it a bit too much.

Simon Sinek is amazing

Gotta love Simon's books. he knows how to articulate fairly complex and massive scale issues into understandable aspects so that I can enjoy these books
