Summary

A host of demons with a 2,000-year grudge against the Creator can be quite the handful. This is what Hercules Leek finds himself up against, and it’s only his first day in Heaven.

The angels aren’t interested. But someone has to try and stop the End of Days.

Don’t they?

Laugh out loud fanstasy sci/fi. Highly recommended

Firstly I LOVE the cover art. If you think there is a lot going on within the cover then just wait until you get started on the story.
A hilarious insight into the inner workings of heaven, hell and all things inbetween! I loved the faced paced switches between the different storlylines running simultaneously throughout the book. It had me constantly excited to hear what would happen next in each of the different settings and hoping that Hercules Leek would be able to save the world.
There were lots of laugh out loud moments as well as some interesting sciencey bits and a whole bunch of crazy and intriguing characters! The storyline and narration really had me feeling like I was watching a movie with a clear view of all of the characters in my head. (@Netflix you want to jump on this one). My Grandad is a huge Terry Pratchet fan and there are definite similarities so I think he'll love this too. Christmas present sorted 🙂.

Liam Stirling certainly has a wicked imagination and I cant wait to hear more from him!

Great

A great story with many different levels of thought and a dry sense of humour and with some fantastic characters that kept me listening
