Full justice done to one of my favourite books.
I read this book many years ago and decided to revisit via Audible.
The narration was beautifully done and the ethereal nature of the story stood the test of time.

Beautiful historical novel
Delicately written and read. Deeply felt and believable characters. Very informative of a part of the Second World War and the history of malasia, that I knew very little about.
I fully recommend.
