Worth listening.
Full of motivational and helpful insights how you can improve your empathetic abilities. You'll be able to know some great cognitive behavioral therapy exercises for dealing of negative mindsets. I had inspired with Mahatma Gandhi's story, his ability to feel, comprehend and interpret the emotion of those around him. Worth listening.

This book gives a high level overview.
This book gives a high level overview of how to manage empathetic behavior/skills. I'll now investigate books that go deeper into managing my empathy behaviors/skills, but until I find the next book I feel this book was a quick read and really helped me get started in retaining more of my energy.

Precise and to the point without being too wordy.
Precise and to the point without being too wordy, technical and avoided distraction. It is missing a section on affirmations, what they are, how to create and use them and also barriers/shields. After reading the book I realized that affirmations and shields/barriers is what is missing and needed for my protection.

This is a well explained book. The author does a great job explaining topics that can be challenging to understand. He has a down to earth approach to thoroughly inform the listener. I love how the exercises are so individualized and insightful to the readers needs. I recommend anyone who is even a little curious, to purchase this book!

Great but too short!
I'm just now starting to research the characteristics of empaths, so I wanted something that was clear and easy to understand. While most of the information presented in the book can be found just about everywhere on the internet, this book is well organized and straightforward which makes it worth the read. The only con is that it is too short and could have gone a bit more in-depth. Overall, a great informative read!

PRetty cool.
I sure would want to take the time to test the strategies here. I’ve been meaning to improve my resistance to emotions and it seems the strategies involved here are worth working out. I’ll update my review when I notice some improvements. The breathing exercises are pretty cool, by the way.
