Emotionally gripping and captivating.
'The Deceptive Surgeon' is a riveting audiobook that seamlessly blends romance, drama, and introspection. T. Skinner crafts a nuanced narrative that delves into the complexities of human relationships, while Allie Anthony's narration adds an extra layer of emotion and resonance. I was captivated by the characters' journeys, rooting for their redemption and ultimate happiness. This audiobook is a testament to the enduring power of love and the importance of forgiveness. Highly recommended for fans of heartfelt storytelling.

Deceptive is the right word
After listening to this short story i felt nothing really. The FMC is a very very silly girl who lets herself be treated in a way that is very dumb. On the other hand is the MMC messing around with his and her morals. Without giving away the doubtful ending, this could not end well.
I had trouble putting myself in her shoes, i lack understanding of her patience with this man and as for him; if he really is that deceptive i would think he would not care about her feelings whatsoever.
I think the idea behind this story has potention but at the very least i need to feel some form of compassion for her in order to be swept off my feet listening.
The narrator sounds like an older woman, that did not help too.

With its powerful storytelling and heartfelt message, this audiobook is a must-listen for anyone seeking a captivating romance with a meaningful moral lesson.
