Very Listenable
Really enjoyed this book and remembered tv programme with very similar theme too. Also, having just listened to the amazing, long-standing book “Watchers” by Dean Koontz, I couldn’t help be quizzical at the use of the term outsiders in this book too. Hopefully just a coincidence. Entertaining book. Nice narration too.

Good Thriller !
I enjoyed this book, it's a mystery combined with a thriller. Creepy at times , it was really intriguing. What amazes me are the reviews saying it should be banned 😄, it's a work of FICTION ! ! Yes there is some links to the truth , but this book is the authors imagination. Perhaps the woke brigade should be banned instead .

Great Story Line just slightly predictable.
This book has a really great story line and it kept me wanting to read on. It grips you from the start. Half way through gets slightly predictable but overall a good listen. I liked the ending, it left a smile on my face.
I will be definitely reading more by this author.

Mixed feelings
I did like the book as a whole how ever the face that club foot was played down did upset me. Dont get me wrong I know its very treatable but the journey is horrible for both child and parents. The physical pain of their feet being moved, boots held with a bar to keep their feet at the angle it needs to be. Blisters all the time from wearing the boots, physiotherapy, creaming their feet, the list goes on. My son is 9 and due to his club feet his legs and ankles are weak. He often cries with the pain. He can't walk or run as far as his peers due to the pain. Until you hear your child beg you not to put on the boots as they hurt them you will never understand how much a child suffers

lots of twists in this story that will hook you right from the start all the way to the end! not one for those how could be affected by the story line!

Okay
This audiobook was okay, I’ve got to agree with some of the other reviews that the story is a bit bizarre. I have certainly listened to worse but also better. Narration was pleasant enough.
