Eye-opening
This book was really helpful. Right at the beginning when it started talking about root causes and triggers, it got me. I had never really thought about it like that. But there were some things buried that were causing me anxiety. Until taking the time to listen to this book and actually think about it, I never knew that's where some of my anxiety was coming from. It's very eye-opening.
