The best Sherlock radio programs
Imagination Theater (originally produced by Jim French continued by Larry Albert and Lowrie after his death) productions of Sherlock - classic (complete) and new are the best radio adaptations. Also check out their Imagination Theatre collections and Harry Nile adventures. Really excellent.

Distracting accents but good dramatizations
Most of the actors are American, with varying degrees of success in reproducing British accents. I found the American accents distracting. The actual dramatizations of the Sherlock Holmes stories are very good.
