About this listen

Mary Paige is a seventeen-year-old genius. Her photographic memory has made her smarter than anyone else, and more alone and lonely too. Her parents do not understand her. Her peers reject her.

But her life changes during her senior year of high school. Mary Paige changes schools and it changes her life. Now she attends a special Academy of the Arts in a quiet mountain village, Idyllville.

Little does anyone know: Idyllville is also the home of The Blood Vivicanti.

Mary Paige's photographic memory will make her one of the most dangerous creatures on the planet, once she becomes a part of this new breed of blood drinker who eats memories.

What the hell, one chapter per book!
If I hear the name, "The Blood Vivicanti" one more time I will pull my ears off. Read it yourselves and you will understand, although it will end up at the bottom of the rubbish bin stuck to the side not able to come off.

I enjoyed part 1 and a peak at part 2 of this series from Audible. I feel it has a promising start and a novel twist on the whole Vampire genre. I did feel that the orators voice was a little annoying but that is a personal thing. Look forward to purchasing some more episodes and seeing how the story progresses.
