Great resource
I am seeking financial freedom like nobody's business! This book stood out to me as i have been searching for ways to make passive income.
I am a complete newbie and this book covered everything I needed to begin understanding the ins and outs and dos and dont's of the Airbnb business!
I love the explanation of why some Airbnb's are very successful and what makes them not so successful.
I cant wait to start earning money on an inherited property I own!

As a person looking for financial freedom this is exactly what I was looking for. With all the mixed information out there I was looking for something solid and this book is exactly that. A wonderful, informative guide that answered all my questions from reviews to becoming a super host with countless reservations. Great narration as well, highly recommend.

Investing $$ made simple
I've recently listened to a few airbnb investment books and am particularly glad I landed on this one as well. I enjoyed listening to the background information covering the origins of the business, and also found much value in the startup options proposed, which make decision-making much easier in this new process. The tips are really handy and I found lots of useful information relating to the what-when-how. As I've mentioned, I'm glad I added it to my library as it definitely contains much needed advice and info that I hadn't come across before.

Great info on all aspects of Airbnb investing.
I really enjoyed this book. I have always been interested in owning and operating an AirBnb but wasn't entirely sure how to get started or what it would entail. This book breaks down every scenario and consideration in great detail. I have listened to several other books on the topic, and I think this one was the most comprehensive. I wish there was a little more info on how to choose a property manager, what percentage or fee to expect to pay them, etc... I would highly recommend this book to anyone considering taking the leap into short-term rentals. I think I'm ready now!

Great Information!
I have loved the idea of owning an Air B&B for many years. Now, with this information, I think I may be starting my Air B&B business soon. This book cleared up a lot of questions I had and gave me a ton of information that I didn’t even know I needed!
I know I will keep it on hand when I dive into my actual business.

An amazing guide for an extra income stream
I originally anticipated this book might be quite a bit over my head and complicated. This isn’t the case whatsoever. All of the points are laid out in a clear and concise way that’s easy to digest and has made me excited about the prospect of investing in short term property rentals.
I really appreciated the depth of detail and how the author takes the time to explain not just how to go about doing it, but how to make it a successful endeavour.
If you’re looking to invest in Airbnb, this is a must listen in my opinion.
