Excellent book dreadful narration

What would have made The Adventures of Gerard better?

A different narrator, this one is terrible

Gerard. The perfect hero, in his own mind.

worst reading ever!

This is a great book but the the reading is so bad it is funny.

It is read by an American who butchers nearly every pronunciation English and French.

This book would be great if voiced by someone who had even a passing acquaintance with those languages so important in this book about a French man written by an Englishman.
