Great tips and recipes!

Being college students sometimes means bad food but this book really nailed great tasty, healthy with budget conscious in mind. Also it focuses on vegetarian diet which also serves a lot of people that are cutting animal protein out of their diets. Life Saver!

I got this for my daughter, who is vegan and is away at school. When she was living at home, I could monitor her food intake to make sure she was getting good nutrition, but now that she is away at school, I have been apprehensive that she is just eating complete junk with little to no nutritional value. So this is the best thing ever for her. And I really appreciate that the recipes are truly budget friendly.

Easy-To-Follow Recipes and Tips!

Goodness, I wish I had this guide when I first got to college and struggled with eating healthy and nutritious foods on a budget. Most days I ate some type of ramen and called it a day because I just didn't know how to cook budget-friendly, healthy, and feel-good meals.
