Very uplifting
This book was well read and easy to understand and very relatable. I enjoyed it from the Christian perspective and his honesty in analysing the teachings of the church. I would definitely read this again and follow the tips just for peace of mind .

A Blessing!
This is a well-rounded, Biblically sound, for-such-a-time-as-this manuscript, God-Ordained, Holy Spirit inspired, and desperately needed book. I pray that God will lead the masses to this vital weapon for the raging warfare of our lives.

Some things only God can do
Been on my “journey” for a number of years and this book surely added value. There’s a lot of information out there, but what really makes a difference is TRANSFORMATION. The way the author weaves in his own personal story and that of others into the teaching and the Scriptures was very fitting. Wasn’t simplistic. Also wasn’t too complicated. Didn’t find any fluff or unnecessary content. It was a very realistically optimistic perspective.
Without denying the help that can come of “natural” options like counseling and therapy, the presents Christ-centered, Spirit-led approach (not in a religious way) as the path to TOTAL wholeness as peace that nothing in this world can offer.
My soul is blessed for having listened and I recommend it.

I appreciate this content very much
This book lays the foundation for you to understand healing and restoration from PTSD. As I listened and came to the conclusion chapter I felt an initial sense of disappointment because I did not yet see an example of practical application. Then came the reading of the appendix where the practical application was presented and everything that was presented in the chapters of the book came full circle to a point of relevant understanding and application. I will be pursuing additional instruction from this organization and am very impressed with what was presented here in this book.
