Don’t waste your money - missed all the relevant information

What an absolute waste of my time.

I read the book first and found it very interesting with a wide selection of useful information and dietary advice in regards to salt intake and for me improving health and well-being with a focus on exercise.

In the book it clearly highlights quantities in grams of salt required for daily health, as well as several strategic plans for pre-during and post exercise when using salt to improve physical performance.

This brief synopsis had none of it.

It removed almost all of the relevant information that is contained within the book it covered nothing to do with dietary requirements, any of the pertinent information, it didn’t cover any of the exercise elements.

An absolute waste of money, A waste of 45 minutes of my time.

Buy the book, Don’t waste your time money or effort on this...

Whoever did the synopsis has done a half arsed job at best... or they can’t read

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
