An Essential Guide To A Healthy Future!
'Stronger' has truly opened my eyes to the profound impact and importance of strength training as we get older. David Vaux has condensed decades of research into an accessible guide that's both motivational and practical. His explanation as to how strength training is pivotal to enhancing longevity and vitality is straightforward and compelling.
What I love most about "Stronger" though is the simplicity of the exercise pathway. No high barrier to entry here! It totally demystifies the science behind strength building and makes it totally approachable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level.
Nevertheless, it's just as eye-opening if you're a little bit more experienced. I've been an athlete working towards high performance for most of my life and yet the realisations here have been quite breathtaking. Honestly, it's simply a must read (or listen to)!
