This overthinking guidebook isn’t the type of book that I would normally choose to listen to, but something drew me to it, perking my interest. I kept on hearing about it. Everyone was talking about it, so I decided to investigate myself and found this interesting audiobook. Would I recommend this book? Wholeheartedly.

Book is amazing!

Book is amazing! I love how it’s to the point and not a lot of fluff. One thing I’d suggest is to get a better proof reader. I still gave 5 stars because the book itself is great! Except there are quite a few spelling / grammar errors in the book. But it doesn’t take away from the point. Other than that I’d 100% recommend this book along with his other one about confidence if you’re looking to change your outlook on life!
