Summary

Hlavní hrdina, námořník Charles Marlow líčí svou cestu do Afriky ve službách jisté obchodní Společnosti. Jeho úkolem je převzít kontrolu nad zásilkou slonoviny a především vyhledat a ochránit pana Kurtze, nejschopnějšího zástupce Společnosti, kterého doslova předchází jeho pověst. krásný jazyk a atmosféra

Když se v Kongu ozve gong, pozve opice tygra na ping-pong.
Příběh je svým stylem vyprávění hodně minimalistický, ale mezi řádky toho přináší hodně. Great narrator!
