Gorgeous listen & practice

I loved this listen, a beautiful book crafted to support the modern woman in navigating the tricky path of overcoming anxiety. I've struggled with anxiety my whole life and have sought out many tools to help my healing, and this was a great addition to my collection. Getting to the root cause

This audiobook has a lot of value and the narration is beautiful. This audiobook helped me so much to really understand and discover where my anxiety is coming from. I had to sit with that for a while and let myself really feel it; without judgment. This audiobook helped me to stay in the moment and be gentle with myself. Its so hard trying to do it all and manage it all; this book gave me some simple steps that I can actually do that help me feel better and get my brain to stop racing. Great book!
