Cozy Read - Monster Romance
What an absolute delight this book is. It felt like a big warm hug the entire time, it’s so full of cute moments and the spice? Yes please!
I only wished it was longer, but at least there are more books out already (part of this series) so, that’s ok.
I will recommend this to my spicy/monster lover friends ☺️

Desperate for business Zoe takes her gumbo food truck to near where the local fire brigade are putting out a fire. When the Captain, Lucian, sees Zoe he is immediately attracted to her. He starts to spend time with her but they both have problems, Zoe with an ex determined to ensure that she doesn't beat him, and Lucian with an imp set out for revenge. When Zoe almost loses her life Lucian knows he has to tell her the truth and fears that she will walk away. This hot and steamy read has everything you need for a cozy afternoon of listening, with lots of drama and a touch of angst. I really enjoyed this audiobook. I found it engrossing and had to listen in one sitting.
