About this listen
A man dismissed in shame and scorn. A secret baby. A new beginning.
Nick Kosloski was just 18 when he was kicked out of his mother’s house, pregnant and desperate. He tried to reach out to his boyfriend, but he was gone - sent away to avoid legal trouble for a crime he didn’t commit.
Tom Fitzpatrick was sent away from his Nebraska hometown in disgrace. He stood accused of a vicious crime. Rather than face conviction, Tom was hustled off into the Navy.
Their reunion gets off to a rough start, thanks to a decade of misunderstandings and pain. Before they can move forward with a fresh start, they’ll have to battle the ghosts of their past...but some of those ghosts are fighting back.
SEALed Together is over 100,000 words of action-packed gay paranormal romance with male pregnancy. Wrapped in raw passion and filled with sensuous, sexy scenes, this new-beginnings gay alpha/omega MPREG audiobook is for adults only.

Detailed story
This is the first book in this series that I have read/listened to, despite owning all of the books. They will now be bumped up my TBR list and I will definitely read Mal and Kelly's book quickly.
This is quite a long and detailed story, which I must admit surprised me somewhat. There is very little of the fluff often associated with alpha/omega reads. This makes Nick and Tom's relationship quite fraught at times, especially as they cope with long absences. Their relationship, therefore, grows quite slowly and even by the end they didn't feel quite solid. Fortunately, there is a bonus chapter at the very end which shows more of their HEA.
I did feel that I had to suspend belief in the story a few times, but that in no way detracted from my enjoyment. Not being from the USA and knowing little about how the navy operates, I found it hard to believe that things could really be that bad!
Anyway, Austin Jay does a fine job of the narration...clear and steady with plenty of character voices. I particularly loved Mal and Sammy.

as good as the ebook
The story is always full stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook. I can't listen to an audiobook without knowing the book, that's not possible for me.
The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I'm just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review.
PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!
To my ratings:
5* - very very good
it's like an A+
4* - very good and will be often re-listening
it's like an A
3* - it's more then a one-time-listening.
it's like a B

My Review
Absolutely brilliant I loved it, you could almost believe the couple were real and the storyline was fantastic. The alpha's parents were terrible people and all for money. plus the alpha's team mate getting away with beating the omega up. Keep the stories coming.
