Summary
Auf Qurandamu hatte es in der Vergangenheit immer wieder einmal größere oder kleinere Besiedlungsversuche gegeben. Aber trotz der wilden Schönheit dieses uralten Planeten hielt es dort niemand lange aus. Seine Bewohner wurden von unheimlichen Phänomenen geplagt und jeder schätzte sich glücklich, wenn er diesen Ort schnellstens wieder verlassen konnte. Beben, bei denen sich Risse bis in große Tiefe bildeten und Gase aus dem Planeteninneren ausströmen ließen, galten offiziell als Grund für die auftretenden Massen-Halluzinationen. Aber entsprach das auch den wirklichen Gegebenheiten, oder steckte etwas ganz anderes dahinter? Galt es vielleicht ein Geheimnis zu hüten, das bei einer Besiedlung des Planeten entdeckt zu werden drohte?
