About this listen
We produced this book, Statistics for Psychology, solely for the purpose of education and instruction. After spending several decades as a teacher of behavioral statistics, the author, who became internationally regarded for his pedagogical prowess, desired to create a textbook that would apply the most effective classroom approaches to the printed page. This book achieves exactly that by utilizing a variety of different strategies, such as timely pointing and highlighting devices, strategic reviews and reminders, a focus on the most relevant material, and opportune anticipation of the student's perspective.
In addition, Evans' method places an emphasis on fundamental logic and intuitive notions rather than complex mathematical formulas and proofs, and it does so within the context of an entertaining writing style. Across the entire thing, there is a healthy balance between conceptual and computational stuff. Students who are taking their first course in behavioral statistics should listen to this work because it is appropriate for them. This material prepares the listener for both advanced courses and direct applications. Additionally, the text provides convenient online links to complimentary bonus supplements available at ebookslimited.com. Behavioral-statistics educators and their students are the target audience for these supplements.

Easy to follow!
I am starting my Bachelors in Psychology this year and as a 29yo mature student you may say I want to get into the ins and outs of Psychology as much as possible to really understand the language, the different aspects and so on on the subject. This was super informative in so many ways, opened me up to research studies I could go on to search on myself. It was very relatable as the author kept it personal in just the right amount of way that keeps it all tangible! I loved it all and appreciate it so much!
