Summary

A BBC Radio 4 full cast dramatisation of the fourth adventure in C. S. Lewis' classic Narnia series.

Narnia has been at peace since Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy helped rid the kingdom of the evil White Witch. But now the children have returned to their own world, and in their absence a dark presence rules the once harmonious land. Wicked King Miraz has imposed a destructive new order of persecution and imprisonment, but the King's nephew and rightful heir, Prince Caspian, realising the evil of his uncle's regime, vows to revive Narnia's glorious past.

Rushing

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The last third of the story progressed too fast compared to the original book. I have read the book couple of times and also seen to movie, but somehow this audible version rushed through the battle at the end.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Prince Caspian?

I like the moment, when Prince Caspian met the Narnians first time after his escape.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

I have seen the movie.

Any additional comments?

The original book is excellent, the movie good and the audio book ok.
