Fantastic affirmations!

I picked up this book on a whim and I'm so glad I did. The affirmations are really uplifting and motivating, and I love how they are targeted specifically at working out. I can see the results!

I've tried a number of hypnosis programs, and this one is one of the finest since it includes more details. I've been listening to it on a daily basis and have seen major changes in my body. Highly recommend.
