Practical Strategies that work

Author Sandy R Williams has presented in this audiobook a powerful eight-step system to master overthinking. I didn’t think I’d find characteristics I have in this book but I did. I was most impacted by Step 7 which discusses how to find one’s ikigai with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. This is taking Maslow’s theory to a different level and adds serious value to the text.

I feel that this audiobook is a vital resource for those seeking to break free from the constraints of excessive worry and overthinking, and an effective roadmap to a more harmonious, stress-free existence.
