I love it !

This is a great audiobook for people who think too much about their relationships. It teaches you how to love better and talk with your partner. Also, it helps you stop thinking too much, deal with jealousy, feeling unsure, and bad thoughts. If you want to make your relationship better and feel happier, this audiobook is for you! So True

I enjoyed every part of this book. I am notorious for being an overthinker and always stuck in my head. My friends and family tell me to get out of my head lol. Everything stated in the title and subtitle is without a doubt, in this book and with phenomenal detail. I have been single my whole life and now I believe I truly understand what it takes to be in a relationship, thanks to this insightful, informative, encouraging, embracing book about all struggles in relationships.

I will be sharing this with everyone I know in a relationship, and using it as a reference to lean on when I have my own relationship someday.

A welcome relief

This is such a common and frustrating problem, but this book discusses practical ways to improve relationships. Becoming self- aware is paramount. Having great communication skills is also important.
