Summary

He's cold, hard, and undeniably arrogant. That's how Andrew Blake's best friends describe him.

Bad luck for me that I'm his new assistant. Nothing I do is good enough. The more I try and please him, the more he ignores me.

I'm beginning to wonder if there's a heart in that tall, hard, gorgeous body of his.

After work, I'm complaining about him to my new best friend - the bartender at the pub, near the office.

Guess who's seated behind me and has heard every gripe, grumble, and grievance?

By the look in Andrew's eye, I can't tell if I'm going to get fired or kissed.

A stand-alone romance.

Mr Bloomsbury

This is a great romance of the same personality can strengthen each other. With a rocky start they find their way to happiness. Read brilliantly again by Shane East and Andi Arndt.

A comfort listen

When you need an escape from real life. And need to jump into the perfect fantasy. This auther can take you there. She is the one to bring you that break you need.
It doesnt hurt that it is performed by Narrator Royals. They just give an amazing book that extra spice.
She does this for me, with every new book she writes, she lets me get away from my life and the world. And I get to live in a life in United Kingdom, in beautifull parts of my favorit city. With a sofisticated group of friends. Who i could only wish to be a part of. Like Andrews friends. where men are still gentleman, Even if they are brooding And abit of a jerk like Andrew is. Because damn he makes you want to scream. But at the same time you swoon abit And wish for that perfect Louise bookboyfriend she always creates. But you know you are in safe hands, because she also creates the perfect book girlfriend. Who knows just how to handle this brooding gentleman. Sofie dont take no s*** without giving it back. Its so refreshing to se a main female character who isnt a pushover. She knows when to say no, and what she is worth. And can put Andrew in his place when he is to much of a brooding twat. She is smart, she is efficiant, and works hard. And Andrew see this right away, and isnt affraid to say is.
I have said it before, and I will say it again.
I love that there isnt unnessesery drama in Louise books. No stupid misunderstandings, no other woman drama, no fill in stuff And stupid eyerolling episodes. Just an easy flow.

Another great installment in the Mr series

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Andrew and Sofia's love affair. The story was beautifully narrated, and made for enjoyable listening.
My only gripe is with the time-line. Holly refers to Dexter in the epilogue as her husband-to-be, but they got married in the Mr.Smithfield installment?
Nevertheless looking forward to Tristan finding his match in the next book!

Great book but chapter 31 is wrong!!!

I’m half way through Mr Bloomsbury and it’s for sure one of Louise Bays best books! But sadly chapter 31 isn’t correct! It’s a repeat of an earlier chapter

IT’S ANOTHER 5 ⭐️ FROM THIS TALENTED AUTHOR

It’s Louise Bay.. it’s Shane East.. and it’s Andi Arndt so, with these talented three people in the mix, of course it’s going to be a very enjoyable and entertaining five star listen. The characters, the build, the feels and fireworks and the doomed office romance kept me hooked for the full seven and a half glorious hours of Sophie and Andrew’s relationship. It’s a low angst moving of boundaries and road blocks, it’s a sizzling sexy smoulder, it’s character changing and it has the help and support of all the other preloved Misters too.

Worth a credit? Yes, and there’s never any doubt with this author’s bestselling contemporary romances as they’re always a hit with me.

Wonderful!

I had a feeling I was going to LOVE this one (like extra, extra) and I was not disappointed! Great storyline. Endearing characters. Beautiful HEA!! Definitely one of my favorites from Louise Bay. Shane East and Andi Arndt are simply perfect for their roles as Andrew and Sophia…they bring the story to life! Don’t miss this one. Five stars ⭐️ all around!

Romantic, Sexy Romp

Fabulous narrators make a difference for any audio book, and these two are a real bonus! As with most of Louise Bay's stories, this one is a sweet, sexy romance with likable characters who are challenged by their circumstances and their backgrounds to forge relationships in spite of everything. If you haven't listened to Louise Bay audio books yet, the Mr. series is terrific. You can begin with any one, but I prefer to read books in order.

Worth the credit!

As with the other MR. books, Louise Bay, doesn’t disappoint… good characters, interesting story line, and a book that leaves you feeling good.

A great escape from our troubled 😕 world.

Nice story

This was a very monotone story, there weren’t to many highs or lows it was just middle of the road for the entire book. I was able to guess what was going to happen next at every turn. I probably won’t continue to out the series.

Predictable

The Mister Series one and two books were fabulous but after that they have become dry and rather predictable. The men and the women they choose are all the same. Extremely boring series now. Only gave two stars for Shane East and Andi Arndt because their reading can do no wrong. It's the writing that ruined it. All the stories sound the same just change the names.

Boring

So very very very boring. I wish they would just read the sex scenes and not act them out with choling chicken noises. Love Louise Bay but not this time.

Best ever series!!

Louise Bay has written another fabulous addition to her Mr. series. Gruff, man-of-few-words Andrew met his match in Sophia. She infuriates him but he finds himself “stepping over a thousand lines” just to be with her.
Shane East’s narration left me breathless over and over again throughout with his smooth, soft tone. Andi Arndt’s performance is fabulous and a perfect match for the character of Sophia.
I was hopelessly in raptures as I listened to this story and I found myself listening to some chapters a second time just to prolong this story. I didn’t want it to end.
Love all the Misters in this series. Looking forward to learning the mysterious Tristan’s story.
