The guidelines to mentorship
The best content packed book I have come across in terms of the what and how of mentorship. John Maxwell is cited as the Guru of leadership, and this is clear proof why he can boast for that title. The narrator does not do the book justice though; for me this book required someone with a deep, passionate voice and that was missing crucially. Nevertheless, it still remains a must-listen for anyone who is already mentoring or looking to start as a mentor - this work should be an essential part of your library.
