outstanding piece
I really enjoyed the book. It was fundamental to complete successfully the course of Negotiation skills of Michigan University but it was more a delightful reading than a school task. Very recommended !!!!

Easy and helpful listen.
Great guide on negotiations. Author takes you methodically through the negotiations process. Almost without noticing, you start to understand the process, what is happening in the mind of the other side, how to measure you odds, what to do to reach an agreement and what to avoid.

Useful addition to my negotiation collection
I'm a big negotiation book guy. I have them all from Chris Voss to Jim Camp to Trump. This book primarily focuses on business negotiation - particularly in a business to business setting. I garnered some wonderful insights about frame control and boundaries, also when to walk away from the table.

Love this book
This book clearly presents what could be a muddy, convoluted topic. Negotiations, overview on contracts, etc., all well done. Highly recommend this book.

Informative and Relevant!
The book gives strategies on a nineteen days program to learn how to negotiate. How I wished I listened to this book before now. It could have helped me before my journey started, but there is still room for improvement to use the skills and information I have learned in getting the best deals. Small entrepreneurs like me have lost contracts because I did not have the excellent business skills the book talks about.
The author is a coach, which makes the book more practical with how the author had cached others which he has shared some of the helpful tips in the book.
