About this listen

Life is hard, and we struggle with these hard times. We have difficulties with money, relationships, jobs, and just living in a broken world. These difficulties offer opportunities to overcome and make an impact for God. Join Chip as he reveals, from First Peter, how God uses suffering for his glory, and we are called to be holy in spite of circumstances.

This contains 3 sermons. I wish that the sermon notes/worksheets were included with the audiobook, because he refers to them often, inviting the congregation where to highlight in their Bibles and cross reference and add notes. I shall check to see if there is a Kindle version of this, to hopefully make notes along with the study.

The guidance is based on 2 Peter 3. This is more than an exposition, it’s a “How To” guide, with very useful, relevant, salient pointers of how to apply them in our 21st century lives.

Chip is personable, and that comes across in this series. I gained a lot of information, but more importantly, I learned how to begin to not sweat th small stuff - and it’s all small stuff!

This is a study worth reviewing time and again.

This is a spiritually engaging book.
