Most of these were totally boring!

One or two of these were positive and fun, but on the whole it's a bit like overhearing a conversation in the supermarket, where the speakers are chuntering on in an insane way about stuff that is not even remotely interesting! Definitely mostly a waste of time!
Of the 8 episodes only 1 ( Sarah Millican and Jason Manford) was worth listening to, but the rest............ Bluh!

Heartwarming and funny

I loved these. All except one episode that felt too staged.
Comedians that work together speaking often quite frankly about their feeling during lockdown. They are funny in places and quite touching in others. Jason Mansford is really honest about his feelings and encourages others to be also. Yes there are alot worse things going on than being home with the kids etc but we really should acknowledge our feelings. The friendships really shine through in each of these. Sindhu seems like such a genuine person too. Very caring. And of course the friendships we all WANT to be real and actually do seem to be french and Saunders, Harry and Paul, Katherine and Jimmy. I really enjoyed these. I laughed a pittle, teared up a little and felt reassured. Comedians (even Jimmy Carr) have feelings and caring sides lol.

No substance at all.

I only gave the series a few minutes, but it started so badly, which such false laughter, and two people just pretending poorly that they had a conversation. Completely pointless. It's as if the intended audience is someone desperately longing to overhear some people chatting at a bus, and making do with a poor substitute. Surely noone is that bored?

Lockdown Laughs

This was a much welcome compilation of stories from some of the nations best loved comedians. Really enjoyed it ,,,,, (I skipped through only one of the eight) the remainder making me literally laugh out loud; putting a very light-hearted spin to the current times we find ourselves in. Very uplifting. Highly recommend.
