a bit all over the place
If you're looking for life's missing instruction manual then this audible will not flow like the abc's. For me one has to start with some essential beginning skills and then progress onto other things and branch out. This book is all over the place and is 5 cd's long. So you get your money's worth with quantity but I feel not quality. I feel it really jumps all over the place and has so much in it that one turns away. Perhaps it's a personal thing but these 101 ways of doing things just gives me overload and I don't know what to work on first.
The Jack canfield success principles is really much better I feel. Also it's live audience so it's more real.
'Pure Meditation' by Pema Chodron and 'getting unstuck' is of tremendous value as a starting and finishing point.
