I found this audiobook "Level Up" as a fantastic guide for aspiring commercial real estate investors. I’m possibly dipping my toe in this alter this year so I figured what a great time to begin some research. This audiobook covered many of the targets (I’d presume) for a basic level understanding and education into real estate. My favorite theme is his emphasis on due diligence, highlighted in the quote, "Research is your best investment." That's where I am, so that resonated with me. So whether you're a novice or looking to expand your portfolio, the author provides the tools and confidence needed for success.
