Poor audio quality

Enjoyed the previous entries but the volume levels on this were appalling. some conversation sections mumbled inaudible in either French or English followed by loud, right into the microphone annunciation. About a third of this is unlistenable.

Fast paced, engaging and humorous

I don’t know that other reviewer is on about! I think this is a great little podcast Runs through some good vocabulary and grammar, I like the rapport between the speakers and it’s quick but allows you time to recap. Would highly recommend!

This is painful to listen to

Terrible jokes and the vocab is too basic. It actually started to give me a headache with how dreadful it is

Good, but some PC revisionism

The prof does a good job, but the current lens of gender, class, race is employed in some circumstances when it should’ve been avoided. There is much to be learned from how the Renaissance came about, and overlaying the ever-changing political psychosis of today on it is not it.
