I liked that it was an East language to take in and understand. Hands on examples. I Will for sure take a LOT of inspirations as I grow as a leader.

I truly learned from this book. Not just tips and tricks, but research behind the strategies and personal anecdotes to solidify understanding. Nice job, and good narration!

LOVED it!
I completed over the course of three days because I was so engaged in note taking and reflection, but otherwise. It is a quick and easy read. It's the most helpful components for me were the examples and resources provide it with each section. The authors used a show not simply tell to convey strategies. I'll be entering my first year as principal soon after working for four years as an Assistant Principal, so I plan to also buy the hard copy to reread and annotate. Awesome job Leaders!
