A really nice live story, I really enjoyed it and was a easy listen. Great story line the narrator had a beautiful voice. Thank you

The story is really good and I enjoyed listening. The only thing I didn’t like was the reader is too relaxed hence it takes too long to find out what happened next but thanks to technology, I listened at a higher speed which then sounds normal.
Good listen though.

loved the story...didn't want it to end. Nearly a century old but my Gosh...what a fantastic story. Remains relevant and relatable
the voice actress was fantastic, she reads so well captures the scenes from the book in such a captivating Manner. can't wait to hear the rest of the books she has narrated.

I’m usually into fantasy but this caught my eye. It was well written. I’d recommend

What a bizarre collection of strange accents this poor narrator tries on, often rather randomly it seems. She has a light girlish ‘littul’ voice which is particularly inappropriate in the mouths of the upper class male characters. Even Connie herself never sounds convincing, and the ‘local’ accent is painfully wrong.
The book itself is so good - what a shame.

Really get your teeth into this. I couldn’t put it down, it was gripping, with English quotes and sayings.
