After my brother was killed in a motorcycle race, I made it my life’s goal to end illegal street racing. Yeah, I grew up building and riding with him and his sexy best friend, Roni, but I couldn’t bear to watch these kids endanger their lives the same way my brother had.

However, when Roni returned to London to take on The Palace, I forgot all about my mission and focused on her while trying to forget the one night we shared years earlier. Hell, who was I kidding. That one night rocked my world...multiple times. There’s no way in hell I’d forget that night.

Now, if I could convince her to not race on the same track where Edwin died, I might have a chance to claim her as my own.

Conner Goff has the perfect voice for this short story- the hero is a cop and he has a gruff voice but did a fantastic job also with Roni’s voice. It was a pleasure to listen to him tell this story.

The hero, Zac, lost his brother, a motorcycle racer, to a particularly challenging race. When Roni came back to try her hand at this race, Zac, now a cop, makes it his mission to stop her. Their attraction to each other, which had grown even more after their previous romantic encounter, places additional strain on their different goals. How do they reconcile these priorities to come together. A short story but jam packed with fun and i love the visit from the characters in the first book of the series (TTYL Paris). I’m really impressed with how much this author is able to put in such short stories. I look forward to Enrique’s story next.

Very fun but emotional short story

L8R London: FYI < 3 Series, Written by Elaine Marie and Narrated by Connor Goff was emotional, but rewarding short story. Elaine Marie did a wonderful job with this one. I found it to tug at my heart alittle. There was lost. There were dreams. There was hope. There was love, and there were lives to share together. All of those things will shine through as you listen.

Again, very well written, I could really appreciate the storyline. This was my 1st time listening to Connor Goff narrate, but he did a wonderful job with the characters. I definitely would recommend this book to others.

Read out of sync didn’t cause any worries. I really enjoyed this book of short stories, I think this was my favourite of the series. Well written and read.

Book 2 ...which I read last 🙈

I loved the first book in this series, so I thought I would continue. I was not as pleased with this one as I was with the first one, but it is still a pretty good story. There were some moments of confusion for me regarding this ‘one night’ and the timeline, but the story was fast moving, short and still a good read.

There was a completely separate narrator, who did a good job, but it was quite startling when a character from the first story came into the scene and sounded completely different.

While I wasn't the biggest fan of TTYL Paris, I really enjoyed L8r London. told in a male POV this time, it is a fast paced story about childhood friends who get separated after grief tears them apart. Despite how short it is it's chock full of action.

This story is a bit sad, a lot reminiscent, a second chance, fast paced love story. I personally wish it would have lasted longer.
Conner Goff has one of those voices you can listen to and not tire of hearing.
