I found this book easy to listen to and take in I thought the narrator read it well.I think we all forget to be compassionate to ourselves and wouldnt hurt to be a little more compassionate towards others.I am practising the meditations as described in this book and 3quarters of the way through James Doty follow up The secrets of the magic shop in which he Narrates and does the actual meditations in this book soooo relaxing his voice is very soothing would reccomend that book also.
