Med Diet for health

With a 21-day meal plan, a guide to what foods to stock in your fridge and pantry, and 1200 or so recipes, this is a no-fail plan for regaining or maintaining your health and losing weight. The Roasted Shrimp-Gnocchi Bake is delicious.

complete with a shopping list and a meal plan

This not only provides recipes that capture the flavor of the Mediterranean diet, but it also comes with a shopping list for the recipes and a monthly meal plan to make success seem more simple. I especially appreciate the shopping list because I am frightened about forgetting what goes in a recipe while I'm at the grocery store. This makes it easy. I am excited to have delicious healthy new recipes to try and I am glad to have this as part of my Kindle library.

the help of the Burn the fat website

Update on my progress. the help of the Burn the fat website and this work I have kept off all the fat I lost and now I am a competitive 60+ Masters Bodybuilder. Many audible can help you lose weight but this is the only one I know of that is the work that can help you keep the fat off.

time but still want satisfying healthy meals

I know there are lots of benefits to the Mediterranean diet, but I usually get stuck in a food rut and eat the same things all the time. I’m also kind of lazy and don’t really like meal planning or researching new recipes. So this cookbook is great for someone like me. It has a 21-day meal plan and over 50 recipes.

This is the real apporach

Real food, real workouts, and fasting for short periods get easier and easier! The audible call it intermittent fasting. People need to be real = a diet with zero exercises for 99% of the people in this world will not work very well. You don't have to join the gym, just get out and walk. But a gym is better, and once you get into it it becomes a lifestyle you won't want to miss.

Great healthy recipes

listen to this audible multiple times. Learned way more than I thought I would. Never knew how easy it would be to make all these dishes and now I feel like a pro.
