Sorry useless as an audio book

Ok i’ve learnt my lesson, this is useless as an audio book I can’t think why I imagined it would be good in audio anyway. The narrator sends you to sleep with he monotone slow reading style.
American measurements used throughout which pretty unhelpful for Audible.co.UK!
Totally unusable unless you write the whole lot down, but you can’t search for anything and have no idea which recipes are in the book.
Wasted a credit willneed to get the Kindle or paper version if it is to be of any use at all.
