Summary
Achtstein, Hermännchen und Goliath treffen am Münchner Platz einen deprimierten polnischen Singdrosselmann namens Spick, der erzählt, dass unzählige Singvögel in den südlichen Bergen in Netzen hängen bleiben. Alle seine Kameraden und seine Familie sind dort im Herbst spurlos verschwunden. Spontan beschließen die drei Spatzen (und zu ihrem großen Schrecken auch Goliaths Schwester, die dicke Berta), in den Süden zu fliegen, die Netze zu entfernen und vielleicht die Familie der polnischen Singdrossel zu finden. Ob sie das auch schaffen? Da gibt es nämlich noch den fiesen Mafia-Boss Don Emilio, der etwas gegen ihre Pläne hat.
