Illuminating
Consciousness is lovingly taught in another excellent read by Frederick Dodson. Be sure to have your notebook and pen ready; youre going to do methods known as scaling and the enlightenment technique that will remove unnecessary layers of garbage and will in turn soften your heart!

This book gives you the essentials to become a joyful, lighthearted, healthy, serene, happy, fulfilled, energetic and loving being.
You will realize that by letting to of what is not needed, you are already complete within.

Love these books.
Wonderful techniques. I can’t wait to use these and see what happens. I have studied Scientology in my entire life, and have never found anything that could supplement or independently verify my thoughts and conclusions, until I found Frederick, I’m so happy to have stumbled on his books.
