Summary

In Hustle Believe Receive, Sarah Centrella, author of the internationally popular blog Thoughts.Stories.Life., proves that anyone, no matter where they start from, can change their life, achieve success, and live their dream.

As a single mom living on food stamps, Sarah completely changed her life of poverty to enable her to live her dream in just 18 months. Sarah discovered the tools to change her life after her husband abandoned her and their three small children in 2008. Her story has impacted hundreds of thousands worldwide through her simple eight-step plan for achieving success known as the #HBRMethod.

The book features 51 inspiring stories of people who believe in Sarah's message, each of whom she personally interviewed for this book. They include: NFL star running back Jonathan Stewart; NBA power forward Anthony Tolliver; famed artist Victor Matthews; best-selling author Laura Munson; middleweight world boxing champion Daniel Jacobs; CEO Ryan Blair; and Morgan Stanley executive director Kimberley Hatchett, among many others. Hustle Believe Receive shows how these stories are connected and how Sarah, a single mom from Oregon, manages to bring them all together in the most unlikely way.

Hustle Believe Receive contains true tales of how real people are living the impossible. This book answers the question "how did they do that?" and, more importantly, shows how you can, too.

HASHTAG distracting!!!

Reader voice lovely and clear, not annoying. But the constant exclamation of “HASHTAG” is unnecessary and distracting from the storyline in progress. Probably reads better on paper, but no thought was made for a listening audience to remove this - at some points it’s in every sentence. Love the point of the book, but quite antagonised by the HASHTAG!!!

A #Hashtag drinking game

It genuinely sounds as if the author has a fascinating story to tell , and I would have loved to hear it.

Except I was completely distracted by the number of #hashtags being read out constantly and repeatedly, I couldn't finish it. As a self help drinking game I would be under the table after the 1st chapter. These might work in an actual book not and audio book.

Shame.

Great job on getting people off their backsides

ThiS book is well set up and easy to follow. at times too easy and simple. The instructions flow well until the author starts to add hashtags which I found unhelpful and confusing as it lost the essence of the context. Other than that I found the book very good

Unbearable To Listen to ###

The use of the word hashtag literally every seventh sentence was torturous. A poor product that's why it's free.

Fantastic stories but unbearable to listen to.

I hate the fact that I’m leaving a negative review on here. This review is a reflection on the audiobook, not the author.

The stories are pretty amazing but the excessive use of #hashtag every sentence makes it an unbearable listen.
I didn’t finish the book.

The use of hashtags for social media is useful but not in a book. I understand that the author wants the community to use her hashtags but it’s really grating on the reader/listener.

I’m looks by forward to the next book but please no more hashtags.

Again, I’m saddened to leave this kind of review as I’m a fan of her work but if things are to be improved, it needs to be said.

Please edit this book.
