Pure gold!
I've read many, many books about Walt Disney. Dan's book is fantastic. Hearing him explain what it took, in many situations, to apply the Disney Way principles to so many different responsibilities and environments within Disney World is very valuable to anyone in any situation. I listened to the audible version, mostly while on the chairlifts at Sundance Mountain Ski Resort. It was GREAT!

Great book!
Keeping Dan’s advice in front of you and developing habits based on it will absolutely make your life better. His podcast is great too.
