A beautiful book, beautifully read, truly has power though at first irritating. Persevere .even if it takes years

Brings the best of comfort.

I will listen, again & again & again….. John Sackville narrating this audio book I thought was the perfect choice. John’s tone was so gentle & kind. Full of depth & emotion. The author Thich Nhat Hanh enriches my very being. Utterly beautiful & the different levels of advice & guidance are objective. Take as little or as much from Thich Nhat Hanh teachings. Throughout the process of grieving I felt Thich Nhat Hanh expanded beyond the loss which I found beneficial & reassuring. This author helped me at a time I really needed it. I will continue to listen & learn from Thich Nhat Hanh. Thank you.

Sadly and suddenly our son died last October. I listened to this book. So much wise and useful advice. A beautiful way of remembering and reflecting and keeping your loved one in your heart - now, always and forever. I will listen over and over again - beautiful, timely, comforting and practical. Thank you.

I have tried to soak up everything I can on dealing with grief since my son took his own life last Christmas. This book wasn't really for me. I did take his point about living on for my loved one but that's about all.

Good narration but didn't really have many words of help.
