Utterly speechless! Listen!!
I'd done all the books except this and WW2 and where silly and funny until this one... it was heart wrenching in place and shown warm and laughter between the soldiers but was, throughout whole the book, respectful.

Definitely worth reading
Well narrated stories with lots to keep the interest of the reader. Great for everybody, in particular children learning about the wars in school. The stories about life at the time were very good and left us wanting more.

So much history in a fun way
So much history in a fun way but full of facts and atrocities. Then followed by the Spanish flu.

Great for history lovers
The narrator is one of the best.
It's very gruesome (sometimes) but intresting.
I recommend this to children 10 - 14 and history lovers just like me.
