A Must Read To Help Combat Perfectionism

I really appreciated this audiobook. Although I would not consider myself a perfectionist, it helped me understand many aspects of how my upbringing has influenced how ideal with criticism and failures. Very good tips to move forward and exercises that will help any reader become more of a balanced individual.
